Cynnita was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. She relocated to Houston to finish school at Texas Southern University, where she earned her BA in Theater. She takes pride in being a multi-disciplined artist working both on stage and behind the scene, with a script or with a paint brush, and she never shies away from hard work. A few of her on stage credits include: West Side Story, The Story, The Shadow Box, Daughter's of the Moon and Macbeth. Cynnita has also participated in a few installments with the T.R.U.T.H Project and Destyne Fulfilled Productions. Cynnita's film credits include Jurica Road, set to release early 2018. Theatre is truly a passion and God given talent for Cynnita, and she wastes no opportunity to live out her full potential on and off stage. Cynnita is one of the founding members of The New Era Theatre.
